OK, this event telah dianjurkan oleh KADUS. There are 5 heats all together and the first heat was held last week.
Apa pendapat saya. Well,.KADUS perlu mempertingkatkan usaha sedikit. So Ok, it's probably due to budget constraint but come on! You guys can do better than that.
Komen zou po nga (My comments) :
1) Venue - I'm not too sure but is KADUS under Pusakag Entertainment? If so, no komen. Tapi kalau bukan,..then why have the function di tempat yang kurang oompphh? Dimanakah arah KE Top Entertainer ini? Kampung2 ja kah or a Malaysian standard..(sama standard Stacy, Jaclyn Victor, Estrange etc). Nasihat,..cuba cari tempat yang lebih 'kelas'. Aircond pun takde..Odoi Dogo! The stage is so dirty man! Bukan backdrop..that is nice. Can't the establishment at least touch up the stage a bit .. pulleeezzzz.. Tak kelas tu!
2) Emcees - The concept I do believe is different.. but (sorry members) no class lah. Firstly, committee tolonglah bagi emcee tu sepatu kasut..janganlah pakai selipar! Next is,.. what the panel juri may say to all the emcees, " Obviously none of you have done any rehearsals. Few of you looked awkward, some tried to be funny but ending up talking silly. Few made the effort and did ok." Can the emcees buat latihan, raptai or something. Hilangkan nerves,..ada jugak yang begagar tu tangan bila pegang nota... dui sian. So, we all know jadi emcee malamtu,well, bukan kerja sepenuh masa.. Tapi sekurang-kurangnya naikkan taraf & standard KADUS if not for yourself.
3) Jury - Odoi Dogo... here they are, telling giving constructive comments to the penyanyi2; untuk buat preparationlah, tengok audience lah, showmanshiplah, pitching etc... but dorang themselves were so kaku & nampak & sound kekok..banyak! Everistus was out of words.. disebabkan penyanyi teruk sangat? Tidak juga.. Encik Everistus boleh praktis di rumah untukapa yang patut& harus dikritikan. Buat beberapa senario barulah up the standard. The lady jury was OK. The head jury, Cosmas... same as Everistus..no need to repeat, cari kriteria lain jika yang mau disebut sudah disebut..seperti,perwatakan, stage presence, body languange etc..eeh banyak lagi bah tu. And lastly, pihak juri, boleh keluarkan suara bila buat komen.. tak dengar lah geng. Kalau masih tidak pandai..cari Ning Baizura minta ajar yeh.
4) DJ - Encik DJ kalau boleh next time, please do not play any music background when the jury is talking. We cannot hearlah! Next time, get a mixer... there was an average 15 seconds 'quiet' gap antara lagu pertama & lagu kedua. Patutkah..? Penyanyi yang tidak pandai improvise akan berdiri kaku sambil tengok dinding Pusakag cafe,.."hmm, kalo warna ini di rumah saya cantik jugak tau..Dulux atau Nippon ni ah"
5) Co-ordination - Bila saya periksa belakang stage,..kenapa tiada layout plan, Q listing peserta, entrance Q etc?? Tingkatkan mutu..layout plan and all these will facilitate the movementof the event.. Peserta & emcee tahu bila & mana mau masuk, dimana exit, apa Q untuk kuar-masuk etc. Audience semua nampak huru hara diluar melalui pintu belakang. It's so distracting. Committee should restrict that area for contestants, committees and photographers only. There were people having party there, dan saya tidak pun kena invite. Oooh..tak kelas, tak kelas no..!
Other suggestion (macamlah tidak cukup). Dengar kalau mau improve. Kalau tidak sila berhenti membaca disini:
1) Panel Juri - 1 komen bahagian vokal, melody, rythmn, timing etc. 1 komen- persembahan, penggunaan stage, body language etc. The last jury comments on stage presence, appropriateness of clothing, overall performance..nahh kan lebih teratur.
2) Emcee dressing- so OK you wear KE/KADUS T-shirt; boleh pakai tapi biarlah penampilan nampak segak, cantik and proper. You know what I mean.
Bah..itulah saja untuk minggu ini. Comments dan kritikan harus diperlihatkan sebagai steps for improvement. Kalau tiada kritikan & komen, ..manalah buli maju! Please tell me I'm right. Kan saya betul. Ciao!
